- Biographical Note:
- University engineer and chair of the Campus Planning Committee from 1949-1975. His title changed to Director of Physical Plant and University Engineer in 1953. He became President of the Association of the Physical Plant in 1965. He received his bachelor's degree in civil engineering from NCSU.
