- Biographical Note:
- A native of Jonesboro, N.C., Arnold has had a long career as a land developer. He first met Lewis Clarke during the planning stages of Carolina Trace at Sanford, N.C. Clarke designed the master plan for this project, as well as Arnold's original development plan for Southport.
