Description:
This recording was conducted in the Talley Student Union on the campus of North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina, at the Wolf Tales Last Day of Classes (LDOC) 2017 Open Recording Day. In the recording, Meredith Biechele (‘18) discusses: being drawn to NC State for its strengths in engineering and for its focus on innovation; her campaign for 2017-2018 Student Body President; the importance of student leadership, involvement, and holding leaders accountable; her love of NC State and the Court of Carolinas; being recognized as Leader of the Pack 2016 through her work in the Honors Village; and consciously working to build inclusivity. This recording was created with the support of funds made possible through a 2016-2017 Diversity Mini-Grant from the NCSU Office of Institutional Equity and Diversity (OIED).
