“Walking West for me has always been about finding a place to belong. I grew up simultaneously not being Korean enough or American enough, I spent the past seven years at a job that I was good at but hated, and I could never really decide whether I was Team Chipotle or Team Qdoba. A year ago, on a whim, I decided to take a leap and try to do something that I knew I would enjoy. I went from working in churches and non-profits to designing interfaces and graphics for a distributed agency. I literally went from drafting plans for Youth Summer Camps to working with Fortune 500 Companies, Music Festivals, and Tech Startups. Fast forward to three months ago, in hopes of growing and taking on new challenges I applied to work at Walk West, and throughout the interview process I felt valued and like I belonged even before I got there. Now that I’m here, I enjoy coming in everyday and growing alongside my peers. Walking West is all about finding ways to belong and I want to belong to the world.” - Kevin Yi, Designer

Not moved into our office yet? No problem. Thankfully our new space is a 5-minute walk to the #HuntLibrary. Can we just move in here? 📚 #WorkRemotely
