Aiman-Smith, Lynda

Biographical Note:
Lynda Aiman-Smith, Associate Professor of Management, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, worked for several years with a Silicon Valley company before receiving her Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior and Technology Management from Purdue University in 1996. Her research as a faculty member at NCSU includes organizational culture in high-tech companies, implementation issues focusing on new technology or implementing teams into organizations. She is also a member of CIMS, a cooperative research program supported by the NSF and other various organizations.
