- Biographical Note:
- De Loi was born in New York City. He studied at MIT and UNC-Chapel Hill. He operated his own architectural practice, with offices in Asheville and Durham, between 1926-1950. He then moved his practice to Minot, North Dakota. In 1963, he joined Albert A. Hoover and Associates of Palo Alto, California.
