- Biographical Note:
- Westbrook received his Ed.D. in Educational Research and Testing, Counseling Psychology, in 1964 from Florida State University. He became Assistant Professor, School of Education in 1966. In 1969 he was appointed Associate Professor of Psychology. In 1977 Westbrook became Professor of Psychology. In 2004 he became Professor Emeritus of Psychology.
