Thomas, Frank Bancroft, 1922-2007

Biographical Note:
Frank B. Thomas received his Ph.D. from Pennsylvania State University in 1955. Thomas first joined NC State in 1958 as a Food Processing Extension Specialist. As a Professor in the Food Science Extension Department, Thomas worked to initiate the NCSU Seafood Laboratory in Morehead City, NC. During his professional career, Thomas received many grants and produced a great deal of scholarship.
