- Biographical Note:
- Edwin B. Owen received his B.S. degree from NC State in 1898. He began teaching for the school shortly thereafter. Owen held various positions with NC State ranging from Head of the Library, Instructor in the English Department, Registrar and Proctor to Alumni Secretary and Editor of the Alumni News.
