- Biographical Note:
- Norris graduated from NCSU with a Ph.D. in 1981. He as been employed as a Visiting Instructor in Sociology and Political Science and as Assistant Director for Systems Development and Services. He was appointed Assistant Director of the Center for Urban Affairs and Community Services at NCSU in 1977 and Director of the Center for Urban Affairs and Community Services at NCSU in 1981.
