- Biographical Note:
- Miller received his Ph.D. from Purdue University. He was appointed Assistant Professor in 1962, Assistant Professor in Charge of Teaching, Crop Science Department from 1964-1965, and was Assistant Director of Instruction in 1965. In 1965 he was named Director of the two-year Agricultural Institute at North Carolina State University.
