- Biographical Note:
- Chester Grant was an Assistant Athletic Trainer for 34 years at North Carolina State University, beginning in 1948. In 1974, Grant was presented with a Distinguished Service Award by N. C. State and the athletic training facility in Reynolds Coliseum was named in his memory.
