- Biographical Note:
- Professor for the Department of Physics from 1958 until he retired in 1993 and became Emeritus Professor. Assistant Dean of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (PAMS) from 1964 to 1968. He is the discoverer of an isomer of the element rubidium and the co-discoverer of two isomers of tin. He received several awards and accolades such as being listed in Who’s Who in the South and Southeast and Outstanding Educators of America 1970.
