- This folder contains a pamphlet and application for related to apprenticeships and jobs offered to veterans through the G. I. Bill. The pamphlet, titled "Plan for Training Veterans : Apprenticeship or On-the-Job Training," was released by the Veterans Education Committee of the North Carolina State Department of Public Instruction, and it acts as guide "to assist employers, supervisors, and instructors in organizing programs for training veterans in industrial establishments..." and also provides information about the legislation. The application has been filled out by N. C. State's Agronomy Department to be approved for the program.
