Description:: This folder contains the paper "The Design of the Homemade Overshot Waterwheel, Progress Report No. 1" by G. Wallace Giles, detailing the development for the most efficient design for an overshot wheel (powered by water falling into the paddles) to be constructed and used on farms for hydraulic power.
