Transcribed from back: #98 [Made By L. A. Powell]; Mr. R. W. Graeber, Extension Forestry Specialist of State College, is conducting an educational tour of timber thinning and estimating on Mr. J. P. Knapp's farm at Mackay's Island. Mr. Knapp has 180 acres of forestry, principally of loblolly pines. Mr. Graeber is shown wearing an overcoat. Mr. J. P. Knapp's secretary from New York, Mr. W. Daniels, is shown wearing high top boots, facing Mr. Graeber taking over future methods of handling this timber.
