- Transcribed from caption by Maidred Morris: Back yard tricks --- The outdoor furniture pictured above was made by the Ashemont Home Demonstration Club members in Hoke County. The table was made by using a large metal drum with a masonite top. The stools are made of metal buckets with padded tops covered with plastic striped material. The planter is made of a small can and is on a bamboo mat. Discussing the project (left to right) are Mrs. N.F. Sinclair, Aberdeen Rt. 1; Mrs. Roy Goodwin, McCain; Mrs. Glenn Crissman, Aberdeen; and Mrs. Josephine Hall, home economics agent.
