Other winners receiving their $250 first place awards are left to right: Mrs. Paul Windsor representing Windsor's Crossroads Community, Yadkin County, winner in farming division; Ballentine; Mrs. Eugene Sloop, representing Jefferson and West Jefferson, Ashe County, winner in smaller cities, towns, and villages division; and Gene Pratt, President of the Vienna Community in Forsyth County, winner in rural, non-farm division.
