- Transcribed from attached paper: For Herb O'Keef, Grouped here at the historical marker erected in honor of Priestley H. Magnum, II, are key figures in the recent dedicatory program for the marker. They are Prof. G. W. Giles, head of the Department of Agricultural Engineering at State College; Dean James H. Hilton of the School of Agriculture at the college; Zane Blevins, chairman of the State College student committee which arranged the program; Bernard Sutton of Raleigh, who represented the State College student branch of the American Society of Agricultural Engineers; Priestley H. Magnum, III, who assisted with the unveiling of the marker; Director David S. Weaver of the State College Extension Service; and Howard Ellis, Extension Service agricultural engineer at the college.
