- Transcribed from back of photo: #76 Farm Forestry Nov. 26, 1926. By R.W. Graeber, Extension Forester. A 35 year-old pine planting of Shortleaf pine, near Snow Camp, Alamance County. This is probably the oldest planting of this pine in N.C. It was made by Mr. W.F. Vestal, and is now owned by Mr. R.H. Hutchison, Snow Camp, N.C. Alamance County.
