- In StateSide No. 46, Reynolds appears during the first 15 minutes to discuss his writing on Ernest Hemingway (he has written seven books so far [1992] on Hemingway). During the second 15 minutes, Martin and Gorelick discuss the summer 1992 theatre series at Thompson Theatre. In StateSide No. 47, Holden appears during the first 15 minutes. He discusses the operation of the NC State Laundry and his personal civic activities involving youth organizations in Raleigh. StateSide Television Program: "Stateside" was a studio-filmed public affairs program produced by NC State Creative Services between 1990 and 1999, with 159 30-minute episodes made. It was created to focus on the people, events, and issues of North Carolina State University's community, including featured students, faculty, researchers, athletes, and alumnus. These features were also cast on regional cable television outlets.
