The D. H. Hill Jr. Library will be closed beginning on Monday, May 5, 2025, for planned electrical work. The Special Collections Research Center is located in Hill Library, and will be closed for all appointments during this period. Description:
A study was conducted to test the interacting effects of bedding, fertilization and herbicide. The test site was a somewhat poorly drained heavy soil in Williamsburg County. The experimental design was a split plot with bedding versus no bedding on the major plots and a factorial arrangement of DAP (diammonium phosphate) fertilizer and Velpar® herbicide on the subplots.
