Title:
First Year Response of Pine and Brush to Helicopter Release in the South Carolina Sandhills (Winnsboro Research Center, Research Report No. 23)
Description:
Examination of helicopter herbicide applications one year after treatment indicates that surprisingly good kills of hardwood brush can be obtained in the South Carolina Sandhills. Slight chemical damage, however, has apparently temporarily retarded the growth of the released pine and obscures, to date, expected positive pine growth responses.
