Description:
A 7-year-old plantation was treated with two nitrogen fertilizers at three different times of the year. The fertilizers were urea and ammonium nitrate. The times of the year were spring, summer and fall. After 5 years, the average of all fertilizer treatments showed a response of 254.2 cu. ft. per acre over the Check. The best treatment was urea in spring with a response of 355.0 cu. ft. per acre.
