- Description:
- J.W. Isenhour, whom the Tennis Center is named for, was head coach of NC State men’s tennis from 1968-81 and coached women’s tennis for three seasons. Under his leadership, the men’s tennis team won the ACC Championship in 1978 and 1979 and advanced in the NCAA Championships in 1978. The center was built in 2004.
