Owen Residence Hall
Description:
Owen Residence Hall is named for Edwin Bentley Owen (1872-1930). Owen graduated from the college with a degree in agriculture in 1898. He served as a part time librarian for the school following graduation, taught English, and was the first registrar for the school, putting in place the basic system still partially used today. Owen Residence Hall was built in 1947.
