Description:
Mann Hall is named for Carroll Lamb Mann (1877-1961). He graduated from NC State in 1899 with a degree in civil engineering. He taught at the college following graduation and headed the Department of Civil Engineering from 1916 until his retirement in 1948. Mann Hall was built in 1964.
