The RBC Center was built 1997-1999. The RBC Center is the home of the North Carolina State University men’s basketball team and the Carolina Hurricanes, an NHL team. In 2002, RBC Centura, the US division of the Royal Bank of Canada which owns several banks in North Carolina, bought the rights to the name of the center. This picture was taken during a North Carolina State University versus University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill basketball game.
