- Provenance note:
- Thomas W. Raoul, first owner. The Inn opened in 1898 and was sold to E.W. Grove in 1920.
- Architectural note:
- Additions were made to the Manor in 1903 and in 1910. The cottages combine several architectural styles including Swiss chalet, Craftsman, Tudor, Rustic, and Shingle, and were built between 1898 and 1910.
- Historical note:
- The Manor Inn was restored after a period of decline, and the cottages were maintained by individual owners. The structure is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
