Rufus Sylvester Tucker (merchant), first owner; Dr. James M. Rogers (physician), early twentieth century owner
Historical note:
This main building of the Tucker estate was demolished in 1967. The associated carriage house built around 1890 still remains and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
