Architectural note:
Rector Frederick Fitzgerald is said to have provided plans for the church. The structure typifies the board-and-batten churches of the Gothic Revival style based on Richard Upjohn's "Rural Architecture," and frequently built by Episcopalian parishes.
Historical note:
The church is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
