Great Falls Manufacturing Company, first owner
Historical note:
Original structure was a yarn mill. The mill was rebuilt on the site occupied by an earlier mill that was burned by Union soldiers in 1865. The mill ceased operation during the Great Depression and burned in 1972. The building is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The structure typifies the industrial architecture of the style and era.
