- Historical note:
- The structure originally used a burr stone to mill wheat into flour of an off-white color. Later, the mill was installed with a new roller to create pure white flour. The delineator's drawings show the corn mill grinding process, as the mill's flour mechanisms had been removed at the time of his work.
