Grouped around Governor Scott, who is seated at his desk, are, left to right; Professor C.L. Mann, W.H. Rogers, Jr., E.Y. Floyd, L.L. Ray, Dean E.L. Cloyd, Frances Thompson, John A. Park, George A. Cherry, I.O Schaub, and H.W. Taylor. Taylor is executive director of the North Carolina State College Alumni Association, Inc. The assocation was first originated June 11, 1895.
