Transcribed from photograph: Under the gracious patronage of Her Majesty Queen Juliana of the Netherlands, The Hague Philharmonic is making its first American tour in the spring of 1963. The Orchestra, which boasts a personnel of 102 musicians, has long been considered one of Europe's finest. It is scheduled to make its appearance in [blank] on [blank] at the [blank] under the auspices of [blank]. Pictured above left is the Hague Philharmonic's distinguished conductor, Willem van Otterloo, as he was presented to Queen Juliana on the occasion of the orchestra's Golden Jubilee in 1954. To the Queen's right is Jonkheer E. J. van Holthe, Vice-Admiral (retired) who is president of the Hague Philharmonic.
