The Student Government Orientation Commission changed the way new students were acclimated to State College by attempting to relieve some of the administrative pressure on students, such as taking care of military enrollment in the summer before they actually began classes. In addition, the group leaders for the freshmen were given assistants to help them in their responsibilities.
