- Biographical Note:
- Edward Guy Batte was hired as Professor and Head of Animal Disease at North Carolina State University in 1956 and stayed with the University for at least the next two decades. While with NC State, Batte received various grants for his research and authored many publications. Batte earned his B.S., D.V.M., and M.S. from Texas A & M in 1942, 1948, and 1949, respectively.
