This folder creates two memorandums of agreement made between the Rohm and Haas Company of Bristol, Pennsylvania and the North Carolina Agricultural Experiment Station of Raleigh. The agreement outlines the conditions of their collaboration, in that the Rohm and Haas Company will contribute finances and supplies of herbicides, while the experiment on the herbicides and provide a report on the results of their research.
