- Win Scholarships--Beth Lutz, Rt. 3, Newton, and George Cunningham, Rt. 2, Franklin, were named winners of $100 Honor Club Scholarships at North Carolina 4-H Congress Monday (July 28) at N. C. State University. Jim Reinhardt, president of the State 4-H Honor Club (left), announced and congratulated the winners. Miss Lutz and Cunningham were "tapped" into the coveted club, a distinction that is reserved for less than 1 percent of North Carolina's 4-H members. -30-Jimmy Tart-
