This record primarily contains correspondence between Dr. Curt Enzell of the Swedish Tobacco Company and Professor William H. Johnson relating to tobacco research, particularly Dr. Johnson’s method of freeze-drying tobacco, and the exchange of tobacco samples for research purposes. The folder also contains technical reports as well as correspondence and other documents pertaining to publications and trips made by Johnson and Enzell to visit one another’s research facilities.
