This folder contains several drafts of a speech written by David S. Weaver titled "Twenty-Twenty Vision -- What Every Rural Development Worker Needs." It was given before the annual conference of Extension Service Employees and addresses how post-World War II America moved from its agricultural-based economy to a more urbanized society. It goes on to advise how extension workers can protect their positions and help make agricultural advancements that will benefit the whole nation.
